I was enjoying the game but all of a sudden it started as a new and obviously I lost everything.

I bought the newbie pack twice and one of the gem packs to try and get adds removed. I never received my stuff and I still get adds. The app also doesn't make it easy to contact the company to get this fixed.

It's fun and possible to advance if to know how without paying. And I will never give you people a dime since you don't save that information, and have literally the worst customer service I've seen on mobile games. Updating to remind you that I still will not spend money on your game.

game is good but in free crytals i cant get any purple after finishing my task

I enjoy this game alot but don't spend any money on this because they've stole like $16 bucks I spent on a $9.99 purple gem pack and the $4.99 pack that gives you gems as you advance through levels. I have not received either of these things and sent a message with pictures proving I paid for them to the developers and they haven't fixed this issue or even returned my message.
